I spose my question should have been, will all the break material be on the bottom? Or will it get 'stuck' to the sides and will need alot of wort to 'suck' it out?

If i can get the vessel for free i will def try it.

Yes. The cold break will be on top of the hot break. The cold break looks like water-soaked pancakes and the hot break looks more like chopped brains or cottage cheese.

EDIT: if you took out the bottom 2L you'd get almost all of the break material.
