i cant find the recipe now. bugger. i know the grain side and some of the hops. there wasnt much in it only marris otter and choc chit then 40g of home grown chinook in the hopsack at flameout. there were other hops but it was a mystery bag that had no label and was about 20g at 60 minutes ( i was thinking ether super pride or super alpha. i cant even remember which yeast i used. i mashed at 67 as per the dark braggot that i make which this was the second runnings of.
im more than happy to try again to make this as ive had two bottles now.

SRM: 17.5
IBU: 100
90min boil

8.8kg Thom Fawcett Maris Otter
1kg Wheat Malt
200grams Chocolate Malt

Hops
48g 13%AA Chinook 90min
60.6g 10.5%AA Centinniel 15min
30.3g 15% Colombus 0min
30.3g 13%AA Chinook Dry hopped
