I am going to have xmas away from home this year. Has anyone had any experince when it comes to using a miracle box with one of their homebrewed kegged beers? I have used the box in the past on comercial beers but not with my own kegged beers. The way I currently gas up kegs is chilling it first then using my own technique, gas it up. The keg is kept in the fridge until MT. The difference with a miracle box (as some will know) is that the beer is chilled via the internal plate and the keg just sits out in the open and stays warm. Will it matter if I still use my technique for gassing and leave it out of the fridge once I have it right?
