Just in case any one is interested I am holding two beer dinners on August 18th and 19th at a restuarant in Beaumaris (Vic) 5 courses cooked and matched with 5 beers $95 per head. Best book as they will sell out.

Belgian Style Cheese Croquettes - Trummer Pils

Caramelised Scallops, Crispy Prosciutto and Hollandaise de la beer - True South Pale Ale

Spanish lentils with chorizo in Belgian ale - Stout undecided

Braised Beef ribs on cauliflower puree with fresh horseradish and wild rocket - White Rabbit

White Chocolate Bavarois and homemade honeycomb - Jamieson Rasberry Ale

There seems to have been numerous beer dinners in Melbourne in the last few weeks. I've missed them all by either being sick or busy moving house so I'll hopefully get to this one. Please keep the food menu the same as that all sounds really yummy!
