Learn how to brew your own White Rabbit signature Belgian style beer from start to finish with one of the head brewers from the White Rabbit Brewery (flown in especially for this event). You choose the hop variety and decide on what flavour profiles the beer will have! We will also be inviting you back after the beer has been perfectly fermented for a tasting session with some free food on us (two dinners for the price of one!)

White Rabbit Dark Ale
Little Creatures Rule of Three (first time released!)
Mad Brewers Garden de Paradisi
A hearty canape feast served throughout the evening prepared by our hatted chef Rob Campbell includes:
Poppers
Mini Salmon Cakes
Buffalo wings
Beef cheek pasties
Sticky lamb tartlet with green pea
Smoke firik and pork neck
Chocolate brownie with beer braised cherries
