Thanks Newguy, I was just about to finalise the recipe. I will use the defult setting.

With regards to why use NS in an APA i think the passionfruit flavour would go well and because i have 350 gram of flowers to use.
Might brew a hopburst NS ale with 100% NS and a cascade only APA.

I am trying to brew a few single hop beers so i can analyse the flavour of each hop.
Cheers

I've started doing that, this week I made a rice lager that was meant to emulate USA standard lagers and hopped quite low with only 20g Chinook, 90 minutes. To my amazement the wort and hydrometer samples are really hoppy with definite aroma. In fact it's going to end up waaay too hoppy for a Bud or Millers style of beer. Very interesting. I intend to use Green Bullet in similar fashion for next brew, and I have an old ale with all POR in the fermenter at the moment.

That's the first time I have heard anyone say NS and passionfruit in the same sentence. Have you used NS before?

cheers

I get a slight fruitiness from NS - could say passionfruit I guess....

Think all those 2IPA's have killed your taste buds Tony :p
