Bought a 6 pack of White Rabbit White Ale.
Noticed it was bottle conditioned.
Saved the yeast from 4 of the bottles and have been growing a starter.
It smells good and tastes good so I plan to use it in my latest brew.
Anyone used this yeast before and if so at what temprature?
Thanks.

Wolfy, i read it the same as you and was about to reply however, i realised he was asking about the white ale.
Sorry gunbrew, i havn't tried the white only dark.

IIRC one of the brewers has confirmed that in one of the clone threads.

Thanks for all replys.
Have pitched yesterday afternoon into batch 51, a 110gram 10min Chinook IPA with SG of 1060.
Checked this morning and it's fermenting well with the fridge set on 17 degrees.
Should be an intereting outcome.
Cheers.

Ah fair enough, I've read that Dark ale uses essex ale (WLP 022) and i just assmed the white ale was some sort of wheat beer yeast.
Too many assumptions! haha

Goodluck with the brew and enjoy.
