for either a black rock east india pale ale or a muntons premium lager that they would like to share please have a can of each that i think will be next brew once i get my aussie lager sorted.
cheers cosmo

If the Muntons premium is a 2can then leave as is, but boil up 20g of Saaz pellets for 10 mins and chuck into fermenter. And use s-189 Lager yeast as I wouldn't be too keen on the kit yeast that's probably been sitting for a while being an English import.

cheers P & C was thinking something a little nicer than that also which kit were you refering too and bribie no its just a single can kit

It's something that can work with any kit. If you want simple, this is the simplest recipe I can think of without using sugaz, which I wouldn't use personally.
