Brewing the following at the moment. I opened up a fresh pack of Magnum and the aroma was fantastic, and the style I'm chasing with this beer (Sierra Nevada Torpedo) uses Magnum to flavour.

They almost smell a bit Galaxy/Simcoe to me. Here's the receipe. Keen to hear of others who have flavoured with Magnum before I get to the flavouring additions in around 90 minutes.

Sorry, cant help Duff, although I do use it for bittering a fair bit. Give Ross a call maybe as he uses it a bit I thought ?

Used to use magnum exclusively as my bittering hop Duff, never thought to try it for flavour, an interesting mix of hops there mate, brewers gold + columbus. I'll put my money on the columbus being the dominant flavour. Do let us know how it turns out please.

cheers
