i have these hops and can not make up my mind the best way to use any advice would be good,

ctz 400g
fuggles 80g
EKG 25g
Norhtern brewer 46g
styrian goldings 50g

looking for ale recipe maybe single grain to keep it simple and doing a maxi biab

When you say maxi, what volume are you are you thinking of ?

think i will try both pale ale clone and the timmy taylor clone cheers both look good.

Maxi BIAB volume for 20lt brew with grain plus mash water of 16lt is all i can fit in my 20lt urn.so i need to top up through the brew and maybe the fermenter too to hit 20lt.

Hobgoblin clone for the Styrians and Fuggles.

Was nice after a few weeks in the keg. Enough that my mate wants a keg of it for his 28th in 2 weeks.

Use 1275 yeast and ferment at 20c.

A CTZ and cascade hopped pale would be pretty decent.

Pale Malt (80%)
Munich (15%)
Crystal (5 - 20 EBC) (5%)

20 IBU at 60 min
10 IBU at 20 min
Then however much you want in the last 10 min.
