How does it go pressure wise??
I had a quick look and seems like a decent bit of kit. Might have to get one.
Well it is limited to your water pressure form the tap, but with the small orifice on the brass fitting does make it work quite well.
It would not be suitable for anything but keg/brewery washdowns IMO. I did find it useful to wash those mud wasp nests off the outside walls of the house. :p

$15.00 is not a big investment, and if you have kids they'll love it!

I might get one, for sitting on the patio and watering the veg garden 50 metres away.

Would be good for cleaning the kettle and mash tun.
Would well worth the 15 bucks just to see the look on the kids faces when they realise the "hose safety distance" (the distance they keep away from me whilst waving their arms shouting, can't get me) is now changed.

I might get one to shoot down those tiny drones that keep following me around when I'm in the yard with a hangover.

Yes it would work well for that Brad, I tried the distance thing by giving the wife a little squirt this morning.
She'll be talking to me again in a few hours.

I've been using 1L Schott bottles on my new stir plate but they are a bit too small. On the other hand I haven't been in a position to get an Erlenmeyer flask yet.

These 2L jobbies from Aldi look the go, would make a great ale yeast breeding vat - nice flat bottom for stir bar - and I can nibble olives for the next month. About $12. The advantage is that if buying it to use on a stir plate, the olives technically come free.

Just got back from Aldi, slightly off topic but I grabbed this instead, only $3 and 2 litres.
I'm not a huge pickles fan, might keep a few and toss the rest into the compost.

Did you pick up a 6 pack of Butchers Bride while you were there - have this on my list for today, as haven't tried them before.

Stick em in the back of the fridge Bribie, I think know someone who will scoff them in a jiffy!

I bought the 2kg of black pitted olives a few weeks back, great olives!.

No, unfortunately no liquor in Casino store as the local council didn't want the bros and sisses to get access to more liquor. (actually the only pissed people I've seen in Casino have been white).
If you wanted to grab me a six I can pick it up on the way through Tuesday week and fix you up when I drop my comp bottles off?

Ok, will do.

Don't get your hopes up for particularly special. If it's anything like when I had it on tap at Munich Brauhaus in Circular Quay.....it had a mild citrus-y hop character with no malt to speak of. To be honest, after looking at them on the Aldi liquor website, it would probably be not too bad of a drop at $10 for a 6er. Hopefully you get it quick and it doesn't suffer from being kept warm on the shelves

Drinking this now. No complaints for $10 a sixer but yeah, a bit thin tasting but otherwise can't complain.

Perfect, I just got my stir bar today and wondered where to get a 2L jar for cheap, not forking out for an erlenmeyer yet.

To Aldi!!!

Maybe that is the insurance company investigating your 27th workers comp claim, Bribie. Keep your walking stick close and always look injured when you see those little buggers overhead. No sit-ups or bench presses on your outside gym.

Just trying to help. Anthony
