If it's just Oxalic acid, you can get it in bulk amounts from Bunnings as "Deck Cleaner":This is not a cleaner as much as a reconditioner because it's actually oxalic acid.. If you ever have any rust spots or marks on your stainless, you get out the BKF. If you damage or scratch your stainless, BKF. If you do any welding on stainless, BKF will re-passivate and protect the stainless.
I was just at the big green shed & found that the stuff I linked-to above is actually a mix of Oxalic & Hydrochloric acids.If it's just Oxalic acid, you can get it in bulk amounts from Bunnings as "Deck Cleaner":
