I want to print labels and the addresses are in one cell separated with comma's, eg:

Ian Kitten, 14 Porkspin Lane, Tarragoon, NSW 8455

Is there an easy formulae that I could use to put them into cells going down?

As in:

Ian Kitten
14 Porkspin Lane
Tarragoon, NSW, 8455

Dunno if this helps, but you can split them into colums using:

Data> Text to Columns. Choose Delimited. Check Comma box. Choose the destination for the first cell to display the address horizontally.

That will put the addresses in different cells, then you just use those cells when you mail merge to your labels.

good work cocko! this will put the address on 3 lines in one cell
do a find/replace on the comma before the state and replace it with nothing: replace ", NSW" with " NSW". do it for each state
do another find/replace for a comma and a space, and replace with a CR symbol (hold down alt and press 0 then 1 then 0 release alt)
