+1 for Brewing Classic Styles
+1 for Radical Brewing
Those are two of my favourite brewing books.

Brewing Classic Styles has one or two recipes for most styles. I have made several brews from this book and have enjoyed all of them.

Radical Brewing is great if you want some off-centre beers. it also has some great history and a number of recipes for more "main-stream" home brewing styles.

Extreme Brewing is pretty good as well...though most of the recipes are extract based.

+1 for Brew Like a Monk, though it is more about the Belgian styles, their history and how they are made and less about being a recipe book (though there are some listed).

Clone Brews and Beer Captured are interesting if you are planning on replicating some commercial beers that you like. They contain both Extract and All Grain recipes.

There are some of the "How to" books that contain a recipe or two for the more popular styles. How To Brew and The Complete Joy of Home Brewing (as well as The Homebrewer's Companion) come to mind.
