I've gone through this thread and picked out those who have shown interest in the darker grains. The Chocolate looks like a goer but the Black and Roast Barley seem to be lagging behind.

I will go you two, but only 'cos I like you

Leaves me with 3k of crystal rye (if it comes), which I could use within the year.

SteveSA, if there is any further room for raiding the 10kg of choc, I could go a couple of kilos, if not now worries - first come, best dressed and all that.

EDIT: OOPs not sure I can use 5kg of smoked, which I now seem committed to. You could use a bit more, surely Steve??

I really have my doubts about the crystal rye. It is in Australia but isn't in Melbourne. Not sure a single bag of crystal rye is going to cross the country. If it does you might call it golden crystal rye!

I ordered the malt on monday. Unfortunately we have to wait until June 23rd for the fresh German malt to arrive.

I think the crystal rye is coming, still not guaranteed until I see it on the pallet though.
