Hey Guys,

I've done a fair bit of googling regarding this but there are so many conflicted statements, I'm a little confused.

I've brewing a K&K of Aussie Draught beer.

I had no airlock activity for 24 hours, then bubbling like mad for the next 24 and then again nothing for another 24 hours.

I took an SG reading and got 1.020. I previously brewed this beer and ended with an FG of 1.012.

So I tried the stir method and left it for 24 hours and took another SG reading, still 1.020.

Stupidly I got ahead of myself and threw in a 5g sachet of kit yeast and now it's bubbling away (within 5 mins of adding).

My question: is it ruined? Is it going to be a super yeasty beer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

No it isn't ruined.
There's more detailed responses available and I apologise for not attempting to make one.

Perfect response, that's all I needed!

After the yeast is done it will just sink to the bottom.
