Presume it should be OK but just wanted to double check.

I saved some yeast mangrove jacks m44 from a recent amber. Collected trub and all in a large jar and put it in the fridge with a plan to wash wash it later. Fridge got super cold and now all is frozen. Not sure for how long prob a few days. Anyway am I still OK to thaw, wash and re-use. I was hoping to use some for a brew tomorrow without a starter, reckon I'm still good for this?

he's right. It will have reduced viability, but how much is anyone's guess, could be a lot. It should only take a day. I usually keep a bit of malt extract powder for the purpose.

Bugger i was hoping for a different answer. Hopefully it will thaw in time to let me get a starter cranking tonight
