Hi, I'm new to this site.

I have been home brewing a few years now.

I used to use the guys info at the brew shop but now he has sold

I live in the northern Illawarra area.

I'm at a loss and your site was recommended to me.

My beer doesn't tast as good and Im losing interest.

I just need some help, PLEASE!

What sort of beer do you like? We might be able to point you to some good recipes.

Fermentation temp probably the biggest key in making tasty beer.

But more info is needed so we can help you out

There is also a brew club near you. You may get good help with face to face tastings and discussion.
Look for illawarra brewers union.

I mainly make pale beers. from the local brew shop, I have tried some grain with it as well as hops.
I use a basic fermenting kit, nothing too flash and have a keg system
