9l Kegs Again

Got mine last friday and they look very nice compared to my daggy, second hand 19L kegs, lol.

Definitely ball lock HB79. Was it you who started the thread about pin vs ball lock? Just hit google images, you'll see the difference quickly. Also have a look at the Craftbrewer website, they have both for sale and they look pretty different.
I haven't seen many pin-lock kegs FS recently, I assume nobody wants them. Kinda like Beta vs VHS.
I've certainly never seen a NEW pin lock keg FS.

Nah hd-dvd got slaughtered. Sadly not even the porn industry taking to HD-DVD could help it win. Infact that could be the reason it failed! Where as many argue it was porns preferance to VHS that won over the industry to VHS rather than BETA.

I put a batch in mine last night, at the moment it's in the fridge doing a force carb and plan to empty it on the weekend.

with the exception of revolting beer in it, the keg worked really well.

Luck I was in Jamieson, went off to the brewery and had a few and bought a box for cabin consuming.
