Same questions as the mash question. Ive noticed recipes that say 60 or 90 min boils? Why so? What do you do? What benefits do you get from the 90 min boil. Sorry for all the questions - just curious?

Longer boil will help darken the wort.

Different way of bittering maybe? Using less of a particular hop but boiling it for longer to acheive the same IBU's?
