Hi guys/girls,

Just wondering if anyone has come across any fermenters between the sizes of 30L and 60L, I'm trying to maximize my capacity in my upright freezer and the 60L fermenter is just a little too wide..

I would like to know also, I don't think there is.
I generally do 28-30L batches and sometimes there just isn't enough head space particularly with some yeasts like 1007.

Use 2 x 20L (actually 23l) cubes, side by side. The blue ones used for H2o stransport / camping etc. They should fit perfectly and you get 42L or so of space.

I approached the same problem your having (lack of fridge/freezer room) by using two 20 ltr water containers/cubes instead giving me around 40 ltrs in total fermenting.
