All funds have been recieved, except 2 members whom are away but will still be in in time.

This is the first bb i've been a part of so i dont know the protocols. The young fellas got footy on sat and i wont be able to get there before closing. Can i pick them up on fri 22nd or on monday 25th? I'll see what else i can arrange if this is not possible.
