I've just upgraded from the coopers 25l DIY kit to the 60l kit. I've doubled cerveza coopers kit ingredients and used 1kg dme and 1kg dextrose. With two dry yeats provided. Taking a while at 16 deg cel but is getting to 1.005 after one week. Only thing I've added additional was 100gm Amarillo and 30 GM of tetanger. Seems to be an excellent Brew should anyone looking for an easy summer beer to make now
