Hey Homebrew Wizards,

I haven't been in the home brewing for years so I'm a bit of touch with what homebrewing / pilot kits are available and the pros and cons. I'm teaching at TAFE NSW where we have a 200L micro brewery and scoping the expansion of the teaching facility. I thinking that 3 to 5 desktop / skid mounted brewing systems would be great for practical sessions for wort production trials (things like impact of pH, salt additions, enzymes, mash conversion testing etc) for both professionals and evening/weekend classes for home brewers. We also deliver a lot of the course via the internet so if it was possible to have an interface with temp graphs etc, it would be a bonus. My brewery has an old Braumeister for piloting, but I think separate mash/lauter and kettle may be better for teaching purposes. I've had some experience with the 50L Ziptech Nano which is awesome set up but expensive.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
