Awesome guys. Pretty sure everyone is paid up. Just waiting for them to clear. I have put the order in and got confirmation. I pressed them for pickup today but they say it wont happen until Monday. So at this stage I will be picking up Monday afternoon. As soon as the pickup time is firm I will pm addresses etc. I think half of you have been here anyway. When I get word that the splits are all paid for I can sort that out. I need to have a look at the splits and where they are being picked up from. Because if we can shuffle the splitters around then I can allocate everyone to a pickup rather than a split bag,as once it is all paid for its just a matter of logistics. It will make it easier on the bag holders. Regards Dave

I don't wish to complicate things but will the above list work for split bags that will be picked up from more than one location? For example I will be picking up Dave.wilton and my cut from a split bag of Met and the rest of the bag will be going to MXD (I think) for Rob.p/DJ_L3ThAL/mofox1. Do we need to capture this detail in the list or will Djar007 sort this aspect out based on people's preferred pick-up location? I will bring scales and bags to Djar007.

the splits "should" go to the owner of the bag and then arrange with the others, if there is bags pre-split then they can come to me, or manticle etc..

Yeah - any splits should be organised by parties involved on their own terms. My experience of bulk buys is thus anyway - too much to expect the organiser can keep track of all splits.

There is a bag owner who pays and collects whole bag, then cash and pick up worked out separately (may still coincide, just responsibility doesn't rest with main organiser).

I think you might have made a mistake then because Black and Tan didn't own any bags, it was my bag of perc and rob p's bag of met
