They can, but I'll be souring in the kettle, boiling to kill the bugs and then do a normal ale ferment. Nothing as crazy as Brewnut though!!

OK y'all, I've taken myself off the swap list. I only just got myself out of working seven days a week so haven't had time to brew, and won't get the brewery set back up for another few weeks yet.
