4 ring burner with a HP Regulator would do 150-200lts i reckon, just have to look at getting it converted to NG.

I didnt think u could boil that much with electric cause higher end (30kw) elements cant run off a normal house power point, could be wrong tho.
 
A while ago there was a 200lt vessel based "commercial" system posted on ebay.. it had been put together for someone by NNL but they never ended up using it an dflogged it off for a bit more than 5 grand.

I seem to recall that it had 5000W immersion elements... If thats true, then I assume that you could do the trick with twin or maybe triple 2400W kettle elements.

I couldn't run it at my house, but most modern places have a few different circuits and as long as you spread the joy around.

Might be worth calling NNL and asking them for advice on how much wattage is required to boil a given volume.
