    Hi all,

Currently brewing on a Guten which is a great bit of kit for what it is, but at some point am going to upgrade to something better.

Tossing up between a 1V, the likes of a Braumeister or BrewTools (soon to be distributed to Australia), or building my own 3V HERMS system.

There seems to be a lot less 3V builds with the rise in 1V systems, hoping to get some input from 3V owners on what they see as the advantages of their systems?

Space is not an issue nor is budget so ignoring those considerations..

    Cheers,

    Tim
