Only the second brew night so far this year, so had to make it count.
After agreeing to split a 50l batch with one of my brew assistants, brew assistant 2 put his hand up for the other half.
What to do but try the first back to back.
After firing up the buckets of death about 6pm, & mashing in first batch about 7.15, I'm sitting here at 1am 100l of house ale richer after 7 hours of brewing & shed time.
2 more kegs for me & 2 happy brew assistants.
What better way to spend a cold, wet Melbourne evening?

Umm I'd be in bed dude, sleeping, it's a school night after all.
On the weekend...knock yourself out. Start brewing at 6am in the morning and pack up at midnight...now that would be a session.
