Would mean I could mash with less water in my 40L urn, then tip 10L of boiling water (or whatever it works out to temp calc wise) into the urn at the end of the mash to instantly get to mash-out temps and give it a really good stir and then lift the bag.

Or I guess if I wanted to sparge in a bucket etc I could make the sparge water using this.
 
Similar product comes up at ALDI for around the same price, I'll get one next time for the same reasons as M^B - even when doing a full volume BIAB brew it would be great to have a source of boiling water on tap without faffing with electric kettles. Cereal mashing, sparge in a bucket, etc. I'll pass on the current offer as I'm friends with a couple of the ALDI employees on the island so they would look after me well if any problems with the product. However good idea :super:
