Taking a few (well deserved) hours off study this week to drop into the Pig and Whistle on Eagle Street for the Coopers Club Night. I know I brought this up in another thread, but that degenerated kind of quickly... So, anybody here going?

I was going to use all Centennial, but stilly me, can't find it anywhere in Australia (easily anyway). I'm considering going to Perle instead, or something else... or should I give up and use two hops? Grain bill is 96% pale ale malt, 4% 130L/350EBC cara-aroma.
