What about with the Coopers Carbonation Drops? I have only done a few batches of bottles as I got sick of suger and now just Keg instead.

Sounds really good the only brewing experience I have had is by myself and a mate who has a fairly good idea. Only kit / partial brews at the moment so it will be a huge learning curve for me. BTW - I am located at Windsor so I will definatly be driving

I did this about 10days ago need to go down and check on it. 1.7kg Can Spicy Ghost 1kg Cooper Brew Enhancer2 200g Honey Should be quite nice when she comes out I am really looking forward to it!!

Would like to see a Group Brew Efforts.. Can always fire up a BBQ at the same time and sample some Ales.

Where do you get these little Baby's from?

I bought a tin of their wheat Beer. and the Brew Booster. It was very cheap like $9 for the can and $3.00 for the booster from BigW. Shall see how it turns out for a cheap drink. Thought of adding some Mango Essance in the brew but will just use some syrup once brewed in each glass just incase...

I have done this one before it comes out very nice with not to much body. It tastes alot like a james squire amber ale. I loved it and it only lasted for around 1 week in my keg because I was in love with the taste.

Sounds very interesting I might have to pop my head in for a peek. @ $150 sounds very expensive + addatives. Would rather spend $150 and convert to a AG setup

My First brew was pretty good got a Coopers Pale ale and coopers brewing kit.. Turned out unreal. 2nd Brew was bit of a shocker turned out like rusty nails due to my non cleaning for a while and dodgy washing out of bottles.. Absoulty pissed off waiting 4weeks for some apple juice

Here's one that I did for a mate as he has just got into the home brew himself. We bottled some on Sunday which was a Boags Copy looks like it will taste as good as the label looks. :beerbang:

Yeah I can second all that being quite young all my mates think that Boags Crownies etc are the beez neez.. After they come over a pour their own beers they can't get over the different taste. Guess drinking New and Xdry all the time does that to a person. I have encouraged them into drinking...

Hi Guys, I am fairly new to this forum. So Hi to all. Well I had a tops night last night. Put down 2 batches. Batch 1. Was the MSB - Two Row Larger, Not sure how this will turn out got it on special for $9 a can so its shouldn't be to bad. Smelt real nice when I was mixing it up on the bench...

Interesting will be good to have a brew pub around the local area.. Something better than the usual on tap beers.

I think you might find when your priming you can get different tastes depending on the type of method / product you are using to prime the bottle.
