    $300.00 Conicals?

Listening to the Jamil Show or Sunday Session not sure which, anyway Jamil doesn't use a conical, he gave it to the B'ners preferring a glass carboy. Cant speak from experience but food for thought :)

Rockhampton Drinking - Where To Go?

It was before Christmas when I was last in Rockhampton, but I seem to recall they had Becks on tap and maybe one or two of the James Squires beers on tap also, if you want to make sure just give them a ring I am sure they could tell you more.

    Really Need Some Help

Just a question, you didnt accidentally get any beer back into the regulator? Cause I did once and lost a few brews trying to work out why they tasted good going into keg then after carbonation tasted foul. When I opened up the regulator it was corroded pretty badly. Good luck with it.

    Partial Vs Full - Why

Hi Tonydav, You should go out to one of Pat's demo days, he puts the dates on his website, I went to one and that put me on the AG road to ruin. He is really imformative and passionate about brewing. No affiliation, not even in the same state anymore :) Cheers

    Ash's Brewery Progress

The main thing is that for the hopback im building, i need a horizontal tap rather than the angled tap. with a keg, for it to be horizontal it would need to be too far up the side and there would be too much left in the bottom. Hey Ash, could you not put a 90 degree elbow onto the end of your...

    Chilli Beer

A whole one gives heaps of kick, I can only have one of them, but I make them for my brother in-law who is a chilli freak and he loves the stuff, he even gets the chilli out of the bottle and eats that.

    Chilli Beer

I have put fresh chilli's (birdseye) picked straight off the bush, given them a quick rinse and popped them into the bottle when bottling. Didnt seem to have any ill effects from infections etc, and the other good thing is you dont have to dedicate a whole batch to being chilli. Cheers :beerbang:

    45 Litre Copper Boiler

Hi there WildaYeast, There is an element inside the base underneath the cover with holes in it. There is no provision in itself to regulate temp, it is either on or off. I have managed to make beer using only this to heat the sparge water and boil the wort, but i found it hard to get a rolling...
