i made a similar recently but i also added 75g of crystal 75g of Vienna both grains seeped together for about 30mins and 12g saaz hops added via standard method drinking it from the keg now and its pretty good, similar to the lc bright ale

ill check with the house mates but as we are now using kegs we got about 10 boxes in the back shed gathering dust
