Not to mention help keep even temp with in the mash bed. I like the fact it reverses just like the bigger brewery that i have played with. How are you controlling the speed of the rakes? Is it with the software you have? Keep the build up great work....

Been plenty on here how a 10 jet is plenty on a regular reg to get that sort of ammount up to a boil. I have 10 and 23 just havent hooked them up yet. 10 JET for the kettle and 23 jet for quick heat of mash. Search on here for aus crown as they deal these direct to public. Cheers

Got my 4 taps on friday arvo. Love them just need to adapt the freezer to fit them. Thanks for organising such a great BB. No way could of afforded other than the bulk buy.
