Back to brewing after a bit of a rest and my first batch back I dabbled in a "little" cube hopping but didn't calculate for the increased bitterness.
I ended up with the following OG 1.041, FG 1.005, 74 IBU, BU:GU 1.8.
Obviously I was shooting for bitter, but not this much. I thought this was a little harsh at first but LTS has taken over and the hop flavour from the cube hopping along with bitterness is immense.
I like it.
How far have you gone?
regards,
Scott
Ps. grain bill is 34% MO, 34% pils, 18% munich, 13% wheat.
