Hey all,
Made a yeast starter yesterday with 3522 Belgian Ardennes, first time using the yeast… everything started off as normal, small bit of krausen forming, then this morning I checked on it and it's overflowed all down the side of the flask. I did know the flask was a little small but I've mad similar size starters with top cropping yeasts and never had a problem.
2 Questions:
Have I lost much yeast?
Is it still ok to use?
