Hey all,
I was just given a few brews which I'm very keen to demolish today (not a thread starting topic by any means)...
The issue is that I'd like to harvest the yeast.

Having not prepared anything, is it possible to decant the beer (saving the yeast) cap the bottle and keep it in the fridge until I'm ready to deal with it?

OR, is some there a super-easy thing I can do for my yeast in the bottle they're in?

Opinions very welcome!

Yep, similar to culturing Coopers Yeast from the bottle.

A search should find what you are looking for. :icon_cheers:

Edit: Linky

Might be worth looking into using yeast slants, good way of keeping fifferent strains ready to go.

Aaron
