Hey, long story short i have a tin of brewcraft irish stout to brew. I have lots of thames valley cultures, or some 1028 or some dried s04. I want to use up some thames valley but am not sure if it will suit a stout? i was leaning more towards the s04. Whatcha rekon..

Why dont you split the batch and use two different yeasts, then compare

Kabooby :)

Coz im not that un-lazy and organised :( I'll just go with the dried safale prolly
