Wyeast 1214 For A Wit

Just been scouring the library not finding quite what im after but has anyone been using wyeast 1214 or wlp 500 for a wit? It says on the wyeast website that this strain suits a wit style but?? any help appreciated.

I've used 1214 but not in a wit. However a recent brew had a fair bit of wheat in it. Wits and wheats are different but I did get a good amount of banana (possibly more than I wanted).

Basic upshot - I think it would be fine. Otherwise try one of the abbey wyeasts.
