I do like cascade, centennial and chinook and have been brewing with galaxy and citra so any of those I guess

No probs. I have Cascade, Chinook, Pride of Ringwood, Hersbrucker, Super Alpha, Hallertau and Wild Hop... I'm getting ready to dig soon for cold storage.
