SWMBO is making "heat bags" for her and my joint and back pain and for the kids beds if they get too cold. Most of the intructions I've seen ask for wheat (whole/uncrushed) to fill the bag with. I realise I don't need the same quality as what AGers use in their brewing - or possibly malted is not suitable either?

POINT - does anyone know where I can source a couple of kilos of wheat suitable for this task?

Cheers,

Definately!! My wife couldn't live without hers, as for what's in it i can't help sorry.
Doesn't smell all that good when it's heated though.

Thanks guys,

We ended up using some barley from the dried soup section of the supermarket. Smells different to the other ones we have but does the same job.

Cheers
