Whats Your Favourite Part Of The Brewing Process?

- Planning a brew,
- tasting a sample after primary and going "wow, this is gonna be a good'un"

but mostly, cracking one of your finest, savouring the aroma, taste and having that inner smile that "I made this"

Cracking the grain. Means i have finally gotten around to brewing again.

I must admit, like a couple of other people here, I like bottling
Just the filling and capping bit, hate the cleaning! I like to be able to look at a full bottle of something that I have created..
Also planning the next brew (or brews) and looking around on here for ideas is great too.
