Ordering it from a great supplier
Creating it with the rig at hand (hopefully getting good number results)
Tasting the final product and thinking thats damn fine (little cloudy) beer


Worst part
My dad drinking my hard earned product and spitting it out before going back to XXXX Gold....
 
+1 to much of the above.

I gave a mate a Saison, which he fell in love with at once. Next time I saw him, he produced a Dupont. "I never realized you could spend your $20 on a single 750ml of gold, instead of a 6 pack of boring stuff. Of course, you've had just as much alcohol at the end of the Dupont, but you've enjoyed getting there more."
