Hi All,
Wish to bottle a citrus concoction this afternoon.
Currently it's a tad too bitter and was wondering if I bulk primed with something like LDME or honey would this knock a bit of the "sharpness" off?
Have calculated 165g of Dex. to 22.5lt. of brew. (volume of CO2:-2.8)
If LDME or honey is beneficial how do I calculate the amount required?
Is there anything else I can use that I could obtain easily, as no local HBS here?
Cannot use lactose!
Advice appreciated,
Cheers.
