What To Brew With This Grist?

I brewed this yesterday, thinking back to when I weighed out the grist I have a sneaking suspicion that I may have weighed 70% vienna, 25% pils and 5% caraaroma. However, I am not sure. I must have really not been with it when I put the grist together.

Whatever the grist was, it's stunning. I'm back to thinking it was what I originally thought though, it's not rich enough to be 5% caraaroma.

Gravity and IBU are roughly what I posted, ended up with 25L and 20g of each flameout hop. 60g of late hopping has made it absolutely stunning, those lemony flavours really meld well with 3787 and the fresh herbal hallertau too.
