What To Brew With Just Picked Por Flowers?

Just picked the first of my POR flowers and got about 1KW wet, would love to brew something with them, thay are all sticky and they smell amazing!

If you use wet hops, you should be aware that you will probably have a "grassy" taste to your beer. However, there are plenty of people who like brewing with wet hops.

I harvested about a kg of Cascade hops late last summer (in the northern hemisphere). I am looking forward to brewing with them soon. I also harvested some Crystal and some Nugget hops.

Australian Pale Ale or an Australian style lager perhaps...
