I'll email Duff for that... thanks for the tip of thommo.
if your watching duff, maybe others would appreciate your recipe.

No problem. Enjoyed through Doc's beer engine. Next version will have around 3% Bairds medium crystal but will be a little while as I can't get any MO in Cairns. Fortunately a shop in Townsville stocks it so the Calais will be dragging in the rear on the way home in a couple of weeks :p I tried caramelising first runnings, didn't work for me with 100% GP. TTL definately has their GP malted to an entirely different spec to what we buy.

I like to have a good supply of Alts for winter, dark wheats and Belgian strong or Blond ale.

But always have APA on tap for an alternative, year round.

If I had to pick one,Alts :)

One has to practice yeast monogamy in these uncertain times.

{BTW A few PhATs and TDA is anybody's} :D

Dont really need him to be "anybody's" Warren, just YOURS...! then you can share the goods  :p

I just ordered some Wyeast 1099 Whitbread for my Winter House yeast.
time to put all my new lab gear into good use and get culturing...!

DK's Weizenbock. Normally don't really like the heavy dark beers, but this and Schwarzbier are fantastic in winter.
