Heelo everyone,
I am going to brew and realised that I don't have the enough hops for the pilsner I was making.

The recipe I came up with is

5kg pilsner malt
1kg pale malt
200g caramunich malt

50g Hallertau at 60 min
20h Hallertau at 20 min
15g Hallertau at 0 min

would any of the below hops be good in pilsner as I only have 60g of the above
funggles
cascade
Willamette
East kent
Tettnang
Styrian golding
Bobek
Aurora
Centennial
Cluster
Amarillo
Northern Brewer

If anyone knows what would go well please help me
as with when to add it to the boil.

Cheers
Strubes

If you want to use more hallertau for the later additions, you could bitter with one of the higher AA hops like aurora or northern brewer.

I've got a pilsner on tap with just this combination.

strubes, I used Northern Brewer for the 60min addition and hallertau for flavour.
Amounts will depend on the AA% of yours and how much bitterness you want too of course...
