mash in is at 4.30.... then go to the park for a few beers
then back to boil up at 5.30
no chilling into a cube

Saaz....FFS.. who knows why i bought a 1pound of that...

Bitter to about 35is IBU

25-30 IBU @ 60min
5-7 Ibu @ 10/15Min
5 IBU at 0-5min

Dead simple and very, very nice with that grain bill
